Merry Christmas

The plot :Middle-aged newspaper editor Mak Sheung (Karl Maka) has to spend his birthday on Silent Night with his 2-year-old son, Mak Ming (Wong Ka Ming). The elder son, Ah Keung (Danny Chan) and daughter, Ah Chun (Loretta Lee) are both aware of their father's loneliness. They persuade Mak to date the singer, Siu Fung (Paula Tsui) living next door and Mak decides to persue Siu Fung. Incidentally, her cousin Uncle Sam (Yuen Wo Ping) returns from the States with a proposal to marry her. On the night before the Chinese New Year's Eve, a row started off by Mak ends up in a fight at the night club where Siu Fung performs. Siu Fung is so mad with Mak that she decides to marry Uncle Sam ....
