In her recent interview, Paula revealed her decision to announce the initial 6 shows, as the number '6' (and also 3) in Chinese has the meaning of never ending. (Try dividing 10 by 6 or 3!) It should not be too hard to guess that the announcement for a further 6 shows will come anytime.

The photo used in the concert advertisement was selected by Paula herself and has already been receiving rave reviews. "It's an old photo," Paula said, "but I will keep fit and ensure to meet the audience on stage in my best form." Paula rejected the promoter's suggestion to raise the admission fee to HK$420, and insisted to keep it at HK$400.

The promoter had estimated that the tickets reserved for advanced booking via telephone will be sold out within the same day on 5 May. It didn't happen. Ironically, the 30 reserved phone lines were jammed to a complete halt, and the phone company was unable to restore immediately. The network was expanded to 50 phone lines on the second day and all the tickets for the 6 shows allocated for telephone booking were sold out in just one morning!

Ticket booking for Paula's 2005 concert has been announced in the above advertisement by the promoter. This is reservation through a credit card who is a sponser of the show. Public ticket selling will start on 19 May, 2005.

This advertisement shows concert dates from 23 July to 28 July, 2005 for 6 shows. Depending on the response from the bookings, it is very likely that additional shows will be announced.
