| In Remembrance of Lydia Shum 2008-03-05 While many Hong Kong citizens morne for the passing of Lydia Shum, famous TV star, Paula, a longtime close friend with Lydia, joined many celebrities in the ceremony in remembrance of Lydia Shum on March 2nd, 2008. During and after the ceremony, Paula was interviewed and talked about her memory of the good times with Lydia. The image of Lydia, imitating Paula in the red dress, would stay in her memory. She also felt relieved by the calm and mature reactions of Joyce, Lydia's beloved daughter, in the ceremony. Prior to the ceremony, Paula had also been interviewed on phone by Radio Hong Kong DJ in a radio show in memory of Lydia Shum, in which Paula mentioned the time she and Lydia were touring Vietnam in a van when they heard gunshots in the street. When nobody had the time to react, Lydia cried out "Pull up the window! Pull up the window!". When they returned to the hotel, they were laughing at their innocence of their response to gunfire by such helpless action. Reported by FanOfPaula.
