Paula appeared unannounced in the Benefit Concert for Terence Tsoi on March 27, 2006, the first night of the two-night concerts. Mrs. Tsoi thanked Paula and told the audience that Paula was one of the first artists to offer help when Terence had the car accident. Paula recalls that when she asked Terence to compose for her, Terence submitted 8 songs but were all turned down. He then submitted another 8 songs, and Paula finally selected one, 《順流逆流》, which later on became a smash hit.

Terence was touched by her surprise visit, and came to tears when Paula sang his famous composition, 《順流逆流》. Seeing this, Paula was choked and could not continue with the performance. It was the most touching moment in the show.
